View Recipe →This grilled chicken avocado salad is a full, satisfying meal in a bowl — juicy charred chicken, creamy avocado, cherry tomatoes, and crisp greens under a lemon dressing. It is high in protein, naturally filling, and ideal for a healthy lunch or a light dinner. Marinate the chicken while your grill heats and the whole thing comes together in half an hour, with enough substance to keep you going for hours.
Toss the chicken with olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Let it sit while the grill or pan heats.
Grill the chicken over medium-high heat for 6–7 minutes per side, until charred and cooked through. Rest 5 minutes, then slice.
Whisk the lemon juice, Dijon, 3 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Toss the greens, tomatoes, and onion with most of the dressing. Top with sliced chicken and avocado, drizzle with the rest, and serve.
