Ingredients

  • 3 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 1 large ball burrata
  • 4 cups arugula
  • 1/4 cup torn basil
  • 2 tbsp hot honey
  • 1 tbsp aged balsamic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Flaky salt and black pepper

Instructions

  1. Dress the greens

Toss the arugula lightly with the olive oil and a pinch of salt, then spread it on a platter.

  2. Arrange the fruit

Scatter the peach slices over the arugula.

  3. Add the burrata

Tear the burrata open in the center so the creamy interior spills out.

  4. Finish

Drizzle with hot honey and balsamic, add the basil, flaky salt, and pepper, and serve immediately.

Finish it with a homemade balsamic vinaigrette, or pair it with our Apple Walnut Salad for a bigger spread. New to building bowls from scratch? Start with our Salad Meal Prep Guide guide.

The MakeSalads secretBring the burrata to room temperature before serving — cold burrata is firm and bland, but a warm ball turns luxuriously soft and creamy.
